Abstract
Financial services marketing strategies have long relied heavily on customer loyalty programs, but many of the current models do not take into account the particular requirements of brokerage clients. A methodical User Experience (UX)-driven framework for creating a process-focused loyalty program customized for a Bank's brokerage services is presented in this study. This study identifies important pain points in conventional financial loyalty programs and suggests processfocused improvements targeted at enhancing customer engagement and retention by utilizing Design Thinking principles, UX research methodologies, and expert validation. In this study, the focus is shifted from traditional transactional rewards to an integrated user experience approach through the use of Customer Journey Mapping (CJM), Persona Segmentation, Service Blueprinting, and Value Proposition Mapping. AI-driven personalization and process optimization are essential for increasing the efficacy of loyalty programs, according to results from a questionnaire-based survey of UX and financial specialists. Through its demonstration of how a comprehensive, empirically supported methodology can promote meaningful engagement and customer retention in brokerage loyalty programs, this study adds to the expanding body of literature on user experience (UX) in financial services.
